SLP Data Collection and Caseload Management Tool for Schools

The Caseload Management Tool

Built for Special Education Teachers

We’ve walked in your shoes—tracking minutes across 25 students, retyping goals into too many systems, and juggling sticky notes to write an IEP at 10pm. Kit for Teams helps you finally get ahead of your to-do list, your progress monitoring, and your calendar—all in one place.

No credit card. Just your real caseload and a fresh start.

Designed for the Workflow of Special Education Teachers

You’re at the heart and center of your IEP teams, but no one gave you the tools to keep up with it all. Kit was built to help you:

Use Your Data, When You Need It

Whether you’re writing a progress report or prepping for an IEP meeting, everything’s right where you left it.

No credit card required.

Built by former special educators who know what this job really takes.

Track it. Plan it. Visualize it.

All in one place—for every student, service, and IEP.

Built for Teams, Not Just Individuals

Whether you’re supervising a para or need to loop in a special education administrator, Kit for Teams makes it easy to securely share student data—with just the right level of access.

Why special educators

My biggest hope was for a group scheduler based on service frequency at my preference for my caseload. Kit listens—that’s why I subscribed.”

Still Have Questions?

How does Kit help with progress monitoring?

You can document IEP goal progress with both quantitative and anecdotal data, then visualize that progress in graphs to use during IEP meetings or for reports.  Jot down all of those “mental notes” you make when working with students so you can use that to guide instruction and report out to the rest of the team.

Can I track my IEP service minutes in Kit?

Yes. You can log service delivery minutes for each student and filter by weekly, monthly, or custom frequencies. It’s easy to stay on top of who was seen, when, and for how long.

Can I collaborate with paras, related service providers, or admins in Kit?

Yes. Kit allows secure guest access, so the people supporting your students—whether they’re paraprofessionals, OTs, or administrators—can view what they need to support learning.

Can I upload things like goal banks, assessments, or curriculum?

While Kit doesn’t store files in a personal library, you can attach PDFs or links (like Google Docs or websites) to individual instruction events to reference and use during sessions.  You can also upload finished work samples or store audio recording of students in an instruction event.

Can Kit handle my complex (and ever-changing) schedule?

Definitely. Whether your services follow a weekly, monthly, or rotating format, Kit adapts to your real-life schedule. You can plan ahead and still stay flexible.

Is Kit just for teachers?

Nope! Kit is short for Kit for Teams — because it’s built for your whole special education team. That includes SLPs, SLPAs, special education teachers, OTs, PTs, and others who support IEPs. It works best when everyone’s using the same system to document progress, share plans, and stay in sync.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Kit follows strict data privacy practices designed for schools. Your documentation stays safe, secure, and organized.

Why We Built Kit

alt="Illustration of SLP with student reading together"

We knew there had to be a better way to manage the mountain of paperwork, planning, and tracking that comes with supporting students on IEPs. Kit was created to help school-based teams stay organized, stay connected, and stay focused on student progress—not paperwork.
